However, EcuRace AI File Service offers a \'file generation service\'. Testing the generated files on the vehicle, carefully checking their results, and applying them are entirely the user\'s responsibility. First, you need to have an EcuRace user account and sufficient credits in your account. Then, you can create your request by filling out our form in the \'Manual File Request\' section of your user panel and uploading your original ECU file.
Manual file requests are usually prepared and delivered within 10 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the workload and the complexity of the file. You will be notified by SMS when your file is ready.
Manually prepared files are processed from scratch by our experienced engineers according to your vehicle\'s specific situation and your requests.
