  • improved bearing system helps hold heavy loads where standart bearings would fail;
  • new billet compressor wheel. This enlarged impeller with improved design helps achieve wanted boost easier. Due to its better material and special production processes it is more reliable when used under high pressure;
  • upgraded turbine wheel with shaft from stronger material and improved design. Enlarged base provides better flow;
  • machined and fully refurbished housings;
  • every rotating part of the turbocharger balanced, after full assembly turbocharger is ballanced on VSR;
  Power range: 550 HP   Stage 2 features:
  • standart bearings replaced with dual ceramic ball bearing systems. It helps turbocharger spool better  and allows to reach results faster.

BOSCH ZR5TPP330 – BMW | N55 | S55 | S63

Identiska som NGK97506 med samma resultat då vi har testat båda! När du ställer in din BMW N55, S55, S63TU rekommenderas att du använder 1-steg kallare tändstift. Vi har hittat BOSCH ZR5TPP330 som fungerar bra när dom gappas till lämplig specifikation. Om du kör mindre än 30 psi boost föreslår vi ett gap på 0,022-0,023 “. Vi har gått till 0,018” på vissa bilar med 30 + psi men i de flesta fall är det inte nödvändigt och kommer att orsaka grov tomgång i vissa fall. I de flesta fall går vi bara med 0,022-0,023. OBS: S55 OEM-pluggar är mycket benägna att spricka även på originala fordon. Vissa har använt dem tidigare på sina N55-motorer utan att inse att värmeområdet är identiskt och de har faktiskt sämre kvalitet än N55 OEM-Stift. Vi föreslår inte att du använder S55 OEM-Stift när du ställer in dina motorer och BOSCH ZR5TPP330 har visat sig vara mycket bättre.

These are made from 304 Stainless steel, with the original v-band fitment, beautifully CNC mandrel bent and welded to the highest of standard. Unlike many other down pipes on the market, ours come with the flexible braided bands to compensate for engine movement and preventing excess stress being transferred through the exhaust system which in turn can cause potential cracking in the welds. The downpipes will provide decreased spool times, increased noise, reduced weight & when fitted in-line with a full exhaust system and map, huge increases in horsepower & torque. On request for further weight reduction and increased noise resonance these downpipes can be produced from aircraft grade Titanium at a slightly increased cost & delivery time.
