Airtec Intercooler – MQB Seat/VW/Skoda/AUDI 2.0 TSI

Airtec front mount intercooler for MQB Vehicles with the 2.0TFSI EA888 Gen 3 Engine.
Airtec have gone through extreme testing with the new intercooler for the Golf Mk7 EA888 platform.
Tested at Time Attack UK, Nurburgring and dyno tested for accurate results.
Stock intercooler temps run on average 64 degrees and peak to 68 degrees on the final run (5 runs) Car fitted with Cobra cat back.
Temperature in at 156 degrees, a huge drop of 120 degrees with Airtec intercooler fitted.
A decent power increase due to the standard VW intercooler being inefficient to cope with the extra heat generated for remapped cars and only designed to the standard 300 bhp.

Bolt-on upgrade turbocharger for BMW models with N55 engine. Comes in two options - Stage 1 and Stage 2. Before ordering please make sure which option do you need - with vacuum control or eletronic.
Stage 1 features:
- improved bearing system helps hold heavy loads where standart bearings would fail;
- new billet compressor wheel. This enlarged impeller with improved design helps achieve wanted boost easier. Due to its better material and special production processes it is more reliable when used under high pressure;
- upgraded turbine wheel with shaft from stronger material and improved design. Enlarged base provides better flow;
- machined and fully refurbished housings;
- every rotating part of the turbocharger balanced, after full assembly turbocharger is ballanced on VSR;
- standart bearings replaced with dual ceramic ball bearing systems. It helps turbocharger spool better and allows to reach results faster.
